There is no ticketing system and nobody else reading this. It comes to me, and I reply — usually the same day, occasionally the next if something has my full attention.

If it is about a photo or a drive, attach a picture of it. One phone snapshot tells me more than three paragraphs, and it means my first reply can be an actual answer instead of a list of questions.
