This goes straight to me. No ticket system, nobody else reading it. I usually reply the same day, or the next if something’s got my full attention.

If it’s about a photo or a drive, email me a picture of it. One phone snapshot tells me more than three paragraphs, and then my first reply can actually answer you instead of asking a bunch of questions.
